Meet Erin

Erin Leider-Pariser began her wellness career as a fitness instructor in Los Angeles and trainer to the stars in New York City. She earned a master’s degree in exercise physiology at Columbia University, and a few years later, inspired by trips she arranged for women friends, launched Sports Travel Adventure Therapy (STAT) and has been leading trips around the world for the past 30+ years.

In 2023, Erin authored, Get Lost, part memoir, part manifesto articulating her 7 principles for trekking life with grace. Erin also appears on podcasts – most recently, Self Discovery Wisdom and Chaos N’ Cookies.

Past Adventures

Erin brings us to some of the world’s most spectacular natural wonders with tales of hikes along Spain’s ancient Camino de Santiago trail, horseback rides along muddy trails in Ecuador, treks across rice patties in Cambodia, rugged climbs beside waterfalls in New Zealand, and mountaineering hikes up the moss-covered Kii slopes of Japan. On each trip, her travelers pushed their physical boundaries, bonded through ancient ceremonies, gave back to the places they visited through philanthropy, and learned more about themselves than they ever imagined they could
