I love the changing of the seasons and especially Spring. As a native Floridian, I’ve come to appreciate and understand the seasons to be reflective of the challenges in life and learning to live and sometimes overcome them. It’s powerful how the leaves change, fall and then get reborn as we do as people. Spring, also know as the season of hope, is the time to realize your goals and set about achieving them.
Interestingly, Passover is the jewish holiday that marks the beginning of spring and when we observe it, there is a symbiotic relationship between the changing of the season and our jewish history.
Stay healthy with change in season. Spring clean. Eat lighter. Practice yoga. Open your heart with backbends.
So let’s get outside, get active, and enjoy what nature has to offer every day. The moments count.
It’s not only a dog’s life.
I agree, at last spring arrives with blooming flowers and longer days, ( couldn’t be happier). Doing more yoga and spending time outdoors. Perfect!
