Thanksgiving gratitude
After 2 weeks on the road in Laos, Cambodia, and Hong Kong with 12 incredibly spirited women, I feel more grateful than ever to be home with my family this Thanksgiving. Retail therapy
What’s a STAT trip without a little shopping on the Madison Avenue of Phnom Penh…240 street! We even had our own tuk tuk driver waiting for us at every stop leaving just enough time to catch our international flight home. What an incredible journey filled with belly laughs and lasting memories.

Our mountain bikes were waitingContinue reading “A Level Experience”
what a difference a day makes
From the sound of the roosters to the busy streets of Siem Reap, we continue to bond. As our day started at the “singing tree” yoga studio, we stretched and ommm-ed our way to Angkor Wat’s cousin temple Angkor Thom…just a tuk-tuk ride away. At first glance, it may seem like a shapeless mass ofContinue reading “what a difference a day makes”
It’s a Monk’s Life
